I bought this pot last year and just used it for t

I bought this pot last year and just used it for the first time a few days ago. If the lid is not sealed, a large amount of water and steam will flow out, making it unusable. It is also a very dangerous safety hazard. What should I do?

This is not like Fagor

I purchased this to replace my fagor pressure cooker which started to make weird sounds after about 17 years of service. Fagor went out of business so no more parts are available. So I researched and Zavor was made by the people who distributed the Fagor so I thought it would be the same. This pressure cooker never worked properly it let's steam escape causing the pressure never to accumulate so it never completes the proper cooking method. It's just a pot not a pressure cooker. I couldn't take it back because I didn't use it right away so I'm stuck with a useless Pot. This may look like Fagor but it's inferior Stainless steel seems lighter and pressure cooking doesn't work, buy from a reputable company! I don't believe the Test Kitchen results don't buy!
