I purchased this pressure pot on Black Friday to replace my reliable 20-year-old one. Despite its appealing design, it failed to work properly from the start. While attempting to stew beef on low heat during its first use, it began leaking after just 15 minutes due to a deformed gasket near the side hole. I'll return it on Monday. Disappointing performance and unexpected issues make it a regrettable purchase.

It's heavy, definitely not for seniors...wish the two-side handles came is smaller size with the same stainless steel material. Like the silicone seals.
