Slope of Bassinet is bad
I purchased the Maxi-Cosi stroller because of the brand’s reputation for safety and comfort, but I was very disappointed with the bassinet design. The slope of the bassinet is extremely steep for a newborn. This is not just a comfort issue—it can pose real safety risks. Newborns need to lie flat to support proper spinal development and maintain an open airway. An aggressive incline can cause the baby’s head to tilt forward, increasing the risk of breathing difficulties and even positional asphyxia. For parents who expect a safe environment, this design is concerning. I would not recommend this stroller for newborns. Parents should be aware of this issue before purchasing

Buyer beware
I bought this travel system when my daughter was born because my sister had it with my nephew 5 years ago. I do not know what happened to the quality but my daughter’s car seat is NOTHING like the one my nephew had. I’ve had it for a year and have only used it a couple of times because i mostly use my doona and this car seat is falling apart!! I wanted to start using this as my main car seat for my car and using the doona only when i ride in another car with someone but like previous reviews my car seat fabric is coming off the sun shade will not stay on it pops out of the socket and it’s a pain to put back. Such a shame because i truly believed this company was a lot more reliable. I wish i would have read the reviews and not gone off what my sister had purchased years ago

Loose handles and feels cheap. Never buying this next time.

Awful
I beg of you not to buy this car seat. I have adhered to every guideline, installed the base with all green indicators and yet this car seat gets stuck in the base CONSTANTLY. It is beyond frustrating and results in my husband and I needing to take our daughter out of the car seat to either baby wear her because we’ve given up or to shake the base violently until it finally unlatches.

Poor Quality and Macy’s return policy is terrible
I bought this bundle for our baby a little ahead of the schedule as I went on bedrest I was trying to prepare for baby as we’re getting closer to our due date As we opened up the items put everything together we noticed how cheaply made this product is we’re quite disappointed We called Macy’s to see if we could return so we could buy something with better quality because we bought it over 30 days ago they will no longer let us return Despite the fact it’s never been used and I’m still pregnant. The turn radius for the stroller is horrible. It does not turn easily. It feels very cheap and it’s like it’s going to break-its very wide, which is unappealing-car seat seems to be poor quality-based on other reviews for the brand I thought this was going to be good-I was mistaken I do not recommend this product And if you’re buying ahead of time to prepare for babies arrival I do not recommend buying at Macy’s as their return policy is terrible and not accommodating for us expecting mothers

TERRIBLE
bought this travel system as a first time mom and it’s TERRIBLE it says fabric is machine washable but once u take the fabric off your car seat will never be the same again , the fabric will no longer stay on nor will the canopy , so embarrasing to walk around with a car seat that’s falling apart , mind you we’ve had it for 6 months only
