Good machine. Interior coating needs beefing up.

These are fine. But the interior coating doesn't hold up well. I don't like chemicals in my rice, so I buy a new one every few years.

Excellent efficient appliance.

We’ve been using an electric pitcher for several years and decided to try the Hello Kitty for fun. Well we don’t use the kettle anymore and while being cute the Hello Kitty does it all with convenience and ease. Bought a second unit as a gift for family member.

The alarm noises are cute too

Works well, looks good. Using the timer so that there's freshly boiled water waiting when I wake up has made such a difference in the quality of my mornings. Very pleased with this purchase
