Stopped Working Immediately

Macy's: I would NOT publish this review until I have spoken with the company. This mirror STOPPED FUNCTIONING WITH AND WITHOUT CHARGE as to LIGHT of any kind/intensity.. Complete waste. If this may facilitate customer service, that would be a nice conciliation.
