[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Santago knife it slices like a dream the handle fits comfortably in my hand and it’s not too heavy since I got the hollow handle. It’s also fabulously sharp and slicing is a breeze and I don’t know if for some reason the little debits make it easy to get vegetables and things off of the knife without sticking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this knife for a Christmas gift back in 2019 and till this day it remains a kitchen workhorse. It cuts through everything and has yet to dull. I use it for vegetables, meats, and other activities. My only maintenance is to keep the knife clean with soap and water and to use the included honing rod. Highly recommended knife that doesn't break the bank for the price/performance you will get out of it.

The handle is slightly wider and also less ergonomic than my other knives making the knife not as comfortable for slicing, where a tighter hold is required. The knife was a gift and I did not have the opportunity to hold before purchasing
