Horrible Quality Control

I receive an 8+ inch Chef knife instead of the serrated bread knife I ordered. And while it is clearly a very nice knife it isn't even remotely close to a bread knife. I must now pay to return. I haven't ordered from Macys in a while because of return fees and careless quality. After years of very happy online shopping here, I am done. Do Better.
