Great Bread Knife

I purchased this to replace my previous bread knife, also from Zwilling, that was finally in need of replacement after about 15 years. This is a great knife, and I anticipate many years of use to come.

ZWILLING ROCKS!

I have many Zwilling (aka Henkels) pans and one knife. I just ordered a small fry pan and a second knife. They are both fabulous!

Very nice

I researched various knife brands and brand series online before selecting the Zwilling Pro 8” carving knife. This Pro series is a nice mid-price point for a really excellent blade. Not too expensive if bought individually to build your kitchen collection and watch for holiday sales. The knife feels very solid and well balanced. Has a heavier weight to it that I feel won’t slip or bog down carving through slices. The blade does not feel “bendy” at all, it feels like it will hold its edge for a long time with proper care and maintenance.

Very nice, solid.

First impression is that this 6” chefs knife is very solid, nicely balanced and the blade does not feel flimsy at all. The blade feels like it will hold its edge well with proper care. I like the shorter blade, personal preference. We are home cooks so a professional chef may have a different opinion. This will be a gift for my husband .I actually haven’t used it yet but my first impression is happily impressed by the quality.

Another great knife.

Very sharp, and I like the length for versatility. I have several Henkels Pro knives and love them. I prefer the blade thickness over my Shun Premier knives.
