Size does matter

Have the 8” bread knife. Just needed one a little longer. Got the extra inch and the new seration to boot.

I have many of your pro grade knives, they are my kitchen workhorses. I recently bought the bread knife and it did not disappoint. Great blade especially the way the serrations are cut. I am sure it will provide years of service as my other pro knives have.

I don't like how much I like this product. This bread knife is so beautiful I'm gonna have to make bread now so I can use it more. Super sharp and easy to handle.

The blade itself is fantastic and overall great use for only bread. The material maintains its sharpness after heavy use in bbq restaurant setting.
