WOW!!!

This knife is an absolute BEAST in the kitchen!!! As someone that is in a kitchen every day of their life and loves it immeasurably, I can confidently say that there is NOTHING this knife cannot handle. From slicing 2 entire pork tenderloin in under 20 min, to daily chopping/dicing/mincing this thing does it all and comes out on the other side looking absolutely beautiful. A true piece of art to work with……My favorite among mini for sure! At first I wasn’t sure about the heft of this blade, but as I’ve worked with it day after day, it has become reassuring instead of questionable……if you are a professional chef and culinary is your life, do yourself a favor and grab this…. You won’t regret it, I promise!!

Sharp and fast

Have the 7” pro and needed something more substantial. Fits the collection perfectly and while a heavyweight it’s very well balanced and makes heavy chopping a breeze.

10 out of 10 Perfection

10/10 this is the perfect knife! The sharpness is out of this world, the handle has great “grip” so it doesn’t slip even when wet and it fits perfectly in my hand! If you’re only going to have one knife, this one can do it all!
