Very sharp

Love this set of knives, got it on sale and they're my favorite. I use them on a daily basis and the feel of the handle is great

Don’t waste your money

I have had these knives for 4 mos and now they are not sharp at all. I can’t cut steak!!!! Very Disappointed. These were not cheap and I read the Reviews which of course, were Good. So buy the time they no longer cut it is too late to return. Don’t waste your money.

Zyliss Knives are Marvelous .

It feels light and comfortable to work with. I found the pointy feature really useful in cutting or removing fat from hard to reach places, like from a chicken thigh. I am able to remove the skin from turkey wing, unreal. Its sharp, slices freely. Would not recommend it for an inexperienced cook. Its best knives I had for a long time. I hope it will last long too.
