It's so so

The black pair is not so sharp but the red ones can ctrim through the fat from the meat. If they were sold separately I would rather not buy the black pair.

Nice and sharp

Zyliss make some really great stuff for the kitchen and these scissor are no exception this is my third pair, like to always keep a couple of spares on hand
