manufacturing defect

Beware- This coat is nice but after two wears, the elastic pull string to cinch the waist broke off. I am not the first to report this problem. Called Macy’s to report that there is likely a manufacturing defect but, like other women I was outside of the 30-d window to make a claim or request a refund.

Beautiful Coat.

I loved this coat, but it was too heavy for what I needed. Had to return for a lighter weight.

I absolutely love how beautiful it is. However, the pull string in the back broke off on its own; it's a new jacket. Macys is not able to return it because it happened after the 30 days.

tight in arms

I really like this jacket, but the arms a too tight. I’m 5’0, 110#. I would describe my arms as “normal “ size for my height and weight. I ordered a PS.

too tight around the arms

Unfortunately, the arm area was too tight for me so I returned it. And I believe I would have kept it if it fit. For reference, I have a Michael Kors PXL coat that does fit me.

Macy removed my order 4 days after the purchase and said the item were out of stock. Actually they're in stock with all sizes, just the price went up. Not happy with this purchase experience.

Fair fit for a petite jacket

Fits a bit tight in armholes when driving. I only wore it once, because when I tried to unzip it, the zipper got off track, and literally would not realign. I had to step out of the jacket to take it off. It is going back.
