When I received these Duck Boot the item has been used under the bottom of the boots you can tell that someone has used them. I am having issues with Macy’s returning items because it was finally sale so I am upset with Macy’s👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

Ordered these online for my daughter it was a last act item. When I received it. The bottom of the shoes were all dirty. So basically this was a return. Disappointed in the fact that they would even ship dirty shoes. Can’t return since this is a last act item. Makes me think twice about purchasing last act items. Macy’s you can do a lot better than this being a high end department store.

Never received them!

Be careful ordering online because they say that they’re available, you order them you pay for them everything and then they never come, they’re never ready for pick up and you never get anything but you’re charged for them!
