Not how it looks on website

Wrong Shift.

I ordered the Tommy Hillfiger denim shirt shown (with button down collar). Six days later the shirt in my attached photos (with no button down collar) arrived. Custom service assured me they would have it corrected and the shirt I ordered would be resent. Yesterday the new order arrived. Much to my DISAPPOINTMENT it was the same shirt. I was told by customer service that would not try to reorder the shirt. Because if the wrong shirt had been sent twice it would probably happen again. I guess I will have to go to a brick and mortar store (Macy*s doesn’t have one in my area anymore).
