Broken strap on dress

When I opened the package to look at dress it had a broken strap. Not satisfied. This is the second time I had to reorder dress.

Broken strap

Got the dress today and the strap was broken!! Also, the tag had a 50% off sticker on it. Looks like it was on sale in store and someone returned it broken??? How can Macy’s don’t check before shipping?? Now, the dress is sold out for my size and I have to deal with the hassle to return it!! Macy’s , you can do better! Also, the dress doesn’t look as good as the picture .

Cute dress in gorgeous color

I bought this dress for my teen granddaughter. She loves the color and the light and airy fabric. One note: spaghetti straps are a bit delicate and the stitching attaching one of the straps loosened right away.

Great Dress for 8th Grade Formal

My daughter bought this for her 8th grade formal. It fit her very well and was comfortable. It also offered her more coverage on top then most of the dresses without looking old fashion.
