Excellent Wear

This sectional holds up to all sorts of household punishments! I have a big family and we entertain often. This sectional has withstood the tests of children’s parties, thanksgiving and all sorts of celebrations, accidental spills, the jumping kids and moonwalking goofballs and on, and on! After years of wear, it has maintained its color and luster(with continued maintenance-of course). It has been easy to maintain because it is leather. If it was fabric, there is no way it would have lasted this long! Leather cleaners are a staple under the sink! But, I must include, that I have found dried up “all sorts of things” stuff and the leather cleaners have always brought the sectional back to luxurious luster and comfort. This sectional is ideal for households of all ages, including pets. You know the old saying about when the cat’s away! I will tell you that he has left scratches on it, but even his huge paws are no match for the durability and quality this sofa brings to the home. Yes!

Sand leather

We just received our sectional and it is beyond my expectations! We waited for many months to get the couch but the wait was absolutely worth it! We custom ordered the sand color and never saw it in person. While waiting we had so many doubts but I’m sooo happy we stuck through! The delivery guys did amazing, they were careful and clean. The made sure everything was perfect before heading out. I’m so happy with the leather couch with 3 kiddos! Absolutely the best decision!

Still waiting

I ordered this sectional on September 27 2024 and am still waiting. Was just told that it should be at warehouse by end of March. My receipt says 1 part to be delivered to warehouse in November and second part by January. Well those dates have come and gone and still nothing. I was prepared to wait but this is ridiculous Macys!

just purchased

Well, I just purchased this couch feels fantastic! Looks really attractive !! The seller did told me that it will take some time so I’m prepared! Approx 3 months

Patience

It would be nice to get reviews once the couch is delivered. I don’t think it’s fair to Macys or the consumers to see low stars because people are mad about delivery time verses really reviewing the product. I personally have the fabric Radley and absolutely love it. I seen the leather and because of the quality I want to see how it goes. Honestly the only reason I’m getting a new sectional is because I really needed a left arm facing and ordered a right long story but I will be sure to give my review once received with the understanding that delays are unfortunately our new normal

Not delivered, why as for a review?

It’s silly that you ask me for a review when you haven’t delivered it. Please improve your internal logistics.

You'll be waiting forever to get your couch

Can't speak to the comfort or durability of the couch, but I've been waiting for 3 months to get it and keep getting increased estimated dates before it will even arrive at the warehouse. I ordered back in April, and now they're telling me that it will only be ready in August and who knows if that will even happen. Customer service is horrible and doesn't give you any updates or accurate estimates. They blame this is an industry problem, yet still continue to put estimates of 6-8 weeks on their website. And that is a complete lie. If you want to wait half a year or longer for a new couch, then give this place macy's a shot. If not, then take reviews seriously and give your money to a place that is reliable and trustworthy. Unfortunately, Macy's is not that and quite frankly, I'm angry.

the Macys on 34th street in NYC has a set out on the floor . It feels and looks beautiful.
