Style doesn’t negate comfort!

Amherst 2.0 grey

One of most comfortable pair JM’s I have owned. I have about 6 pair currently and have owned many more including hard sole shoes. I wear the pair pictured with short, jeans and casual pants such as golf pants. I get asked by both men and women about them. They state they love the look and need pair for themselves or their spouse.

If the shoe fits….

Superb quality- as usual. My husband walks a great deal at his job, and to have a professional looking shoe, while still providing exemplary support, is a big deal! We’ve tried other shoe brands but we keep returning to Johnston & Murphy!

Committed customer, unpleasant surprise

I have been purchasing the Amherst 2.0 for a couple years. Not paying attention to no name change like Amherst 2.1 or 3.0, I didn't realized they had added the "slip on"feature. I purchased my usual size and was surprised at how loose the shoes were even with my orthodics. The reason I purchase JM is for the comfort and wearbility with an ankle replacement and years of not caring for my feet. I am disappointed to see the real Amherst 2.0 is not available. will try another that looks close and hope they will work.
