Promotion on Line BE CAREFUL !

I have been a loyal Macy’s customer for more than 20 years. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has left me deeply disappointed and questioning whether Macy’s still values its customers. This past weekend, my wife and I visited your Boca Town Center store. We have a wedding to attend this coming Saturday, and she needed a dress for the occasion. The associate assisting her recommended that we order the dress online. We followed that advice, placed the order, and received a confirmation with an expected delivery date within minutes. However, on Monday morning, I received a notice that my order had been canceled. When I contacted customer service, I was told the order was canceled by the “seller” due to shipping issues. I was then offered only two options: repurchase the dress online at full price (without the promotional discount) or accept a refund. With all due respect, I must point out some basic facts: 1.
