Fun party or evening wedding guest dress

Loved the colors. And the dress was flattering. I didn't realize it had petticoats sewn in so that was a surprise and I was trying to decide if I cut them out or let them in and that's why I gave it a four instead of five. It was also still a little long though I ordered a petite. So super hight heels needed. I'm normally a size 4/6 in regular clothes so I got the 8P and it was too big in the bust/torso to make it work. I would've loved to get the 6P but they were sold out.
