USED SHOES

I have alway shopped at Macy's and enjoyed items I bought from their store. However, this time was different. I received a pair of used shoes....they are dirty on the bottom and have a stain on the heel....I was disappointed to see the quality of merchandise has gone down so much. I'm returning as a defective item. Maybe quality control needs to be better at the return department. While I understand retail is under a lot of pressure, they need to step up or they will lose more customers

W too big

I ordered my normal size but the shoe is too large and feels bulky.

Good looking but uncomfortable

I wanted to love these. Flats, a little dressier than tennis shoes, great neutral color. But I really didn’t like how stiff they seemed, making them uncomfortable. So I returned them.

Stretches

Very comfortable shoe with cushioned insole. But after wearing them for a day, I noticed the sides stretched out considerably making the shoe look “baggy” with gaps along the sides.

Just what I was looking for

I tried several other shoes before this one. Great fit and comfortable shoe. Nice casual and versatile to wear with jeans to dresses. The arch support is not as good as I hoped, however the insole comes out and can be replaced with one that better suits your needs.
