Straps don't hold up; edges come loose

I absolutely love the design of this handbag, but the straps just simply do not hold up. I have bought probably 4 of these bags over the years, but each time I was very disappointed when the outer part of the straps started to come loose and peel. This would happen after just a few months of use, but I would try to make each bag last a year. I've had enough now and will never buy another Giani Bernini handbag unless they resolve this problem.

Everything I need to carry with me fits into this purse! The front zippered pocket accommodates the latest phones which are a bit larger. All of the additional pockets both inside and out hold everything in a well-organized manner.
