Too long but otherwise gorgeous

I had to return this dress because it was too long and it cannot be shortened without totally remaking it. I was very disappointed though because this is absolutely gorgeous. I am 5'4" tall and wear a 12. I would have been walking on it. I would recommend this dress for someone who is at least 5'7".
