Save your time and money

The treadmill arrived requiring partial assembly. It is heavy, you may need two people to move the box. I assembled in about 45 minutes, turned it on, and it doesn’t work. There are supposed to be variable speeds, but it only functions on the very highest and lowest speeds. I contacted Macys and their solution was to return it. I will need to disassemble, put back in box, get help to load in my car, unsure about how to get it unloaded, and still not have a treadmill. I would prefer a replacement control panel get shipped to me that would make it operate correctly. A waste of time, money, effort, and still not have a functioning product.
