pretty but not as pictured

pretty pattern and nice material but there is a band missing (not as pictured). there’s only one band instead of 2 bands below the chest area… since there’s only one band, it’s less tapered and more like a babydoll midi dress. I’m not sure if I’m going to keep it since it’s not what I expected…
