This blouse is SO CUTE!

I will be wearing this blouse a lot, I can tell. I recently learned that having fullness at the shoulders and upper arms balances out my wide hips. This blouse does that. I had to steam out the puffy sleeves to see the cuteness, so I'm guessing I'll have to do that each time I wash it. Doesn't matter.
