Runs large, size up
1 State is my favorite brand so I was excited to receive this. It is a silky blouse with balloon sleeves. It runs about two sizes too big, however. I ordered a small but would need an XXS. I think this top would go well with black flare pants and kitten heels.

Such a great party top! I chose black which shows wrinkles less. It fits great and the layered sleeves are different. Definitely can be dressed up with fancy pants or skirt or worn with jeans for a more casual look. Always prefer a v-neck and this top has a perfect V - not too low. Very cute!
