I bought this laptop about a month ago and I am very happy with it, the price was excellent and also the quality I would recommend this product to anyone wanting to purchase a new laptop

Highly satisfied with my new HP laptop. Just having much trouble with marrying up/ connecting my new lap top with existing series 5200 printer. Have tried everything that a 78 year old can do

Lives up to Expectations

So far really pleased with this laptop. To be fair HP make it really hard not to like their products, and setting everything up was generally easy. What I hadn't appreciated was that this version of the i5 comes without a card reader, so I've had to buy a separate one to download pics from my camera. But that is a minor niggle and this is a good machine for the price.

Watch the specs before buying.

Made a mistake in that did not realize it was not touch screen, and that keyboard was not backlit. However works well.

Good

It is everything you need for work from home small businesses. Don't like the touch pad there is not 2 tabs on the bottom and clicking doesn't always work. and the fact that they Microsoft shoves the stuff down at you. I don't like the Fact it comes pre-loaded with McCrafty Security they are the worst spyware out there.
