Not at all what I thought I was buying

This item was shipped straight from the manufacturer, and they sent absolutely the wrong size. Ordered size 33" and received size 24"/00. Beyond the complete wrong size, the "jeans" are more like jegging material and they are cut like full on skinny jeans. The color of the material is also much lighter than pictured. Even if these were the right size, I would not be keeping them.
