Poor customer service in store and phone

I took a chance and purchased jewelry for the first time. Picked something simple. Online instructions were to call the customer service number provided before delivery of item to register a protection plan. When I called customer service someone from overseas answered and had no idea what I was talking about nor how to proceed. After being transferred around a couple of times I finally gave up and decided to go in person to my local Macy's. The sales associate was so unpleasant, condescending and unhelpful. What I did like was the fast shipping.

Problem rings

Pretty rings bought for travel. The problem is they constantly turn and the plain underside is visible. Sizing is accurate. These would be better if they had stones all around and if they were clamped together. I kept them but would not buy again.

the rings are a lot smaller in person then the photo. That are also supposed to be . 10 carrots each but the tag says . 06 each. they are cute but only on a small hand
