Too flat - not firm at all . I actually put both pillows in one pillowcase.

Horrible

I'm still waiting for the pillow to fluff, it's flat and will absolutely give no support for my neck. It came packaged rolled up, I don't know if that's apart of why it won't fluff. Just horrible!!!! I'll be returning these pillows.
