Comfy for working out!

These jocks are definitely for working out in.The pouch does hold you're goods pretty well!

Not Comfortable

This jock has a punch inside the front that doesn't really work well. It is not comfortable to wear and had I realized it had a double pouch design I would not of purchased it. The sizing for my waist was good and accurate however. I may end up cutting out the inner pouch up front to make it worth wearing.
