Wrong product given!

I purchased this item at the Clackamas Mall Macy's, because my Macy's near my home, in Vancouver did not have the large Beautiful perfume, 5 oz, after checking with them 2 weeks in a row. So I traveled 20.5 miles; 45 minutes to Clackamas. The customer service Rep for Estee Lauder replied that they did have the item. When she presented it to me, I questioned the size as it appeared larger than what I had purchased as the largest perfume in the past, and I had been purchasing this item for over 30 years. But she reassured me that it was the largest at 8 oz. I left with the item. The following day, when I went to use it, I noticed that it was the lotion and not the perfume, which I cannot use due to skin conditions and which I had not requested. This was very inconvenient and costly, as I needed to drive another 1.5 hours to bring it back for the correct item exchange. Upon reflection, it appeared that the representative purposefully seemingly, gave me the wrong item, as I repeated my request and concern as to if it was the right size, (the perfume's largest size had always been 5 oz) but I assumed the size to larger than usual had changed. I will not return to the Clackamas Mall Macy's as a result for perfume at Estee Lauder at least.

Took Too Long to Deliver.

Ordered on Dec. 18. Label created on Dec. 21. Picked up on the 23rd. Set to deliver Dec. 29. It was suppose to be free two day delivery. So much for my wife’s Christmas present.

did not receive the item as showed on the email

Macys did not deliver the item on time, there is no update as to when will the product be received. Very disappointed did not expect this delay and no response
