Wrong item received

I ordered the Beautiful Eau De Parfum Jumbo but what I received was a body cream. I called Macys explained what happened and they sent me a replacement. The one star is because even though I returned the wrong item via UPS as required and received and email from Macys saying that they received the item back on November 6th, Macys keep sending me emails sending that they will charge for the replacement if I do not returned the wrong item by November 26th. Macys already have the item as per their email Return ID PT0201-2510290949367764. The one star does not have anything to do with the perfume, it has to do with their disconnection between that they have the product with them already and are still saying that they will charge me for something they already have back the wrong item they sent me.
