Rotates?

I didn't know if I would be able to rotate this bowl and now I see that not, but hey who cares? it's amazing anyway.

3 tiers wire iron basket fruit bowel

Wow I love this wire basket, Its so convenient. The gaps in the design are too big I cannot keep small nuts and such.
