Material too rubbery! Good for heavy downpour.

At Last a Real Rain Coat

I like the rubbery raincoat that will keep out water. Its lining feels like flannel but is light weight and bonded to the rubber.

Can't beat it for the money!

This is the perfect jacket for walking the dog in the rain. It's soft and comfortable! The hood saves my hair. I have another nicer raincoat I wear to work This is a great little jacket that you just throw on when it's raining especially when taking a walk in the rain. It does run big I would size one down. I highly recommend it! You can't beat it for the price!

Rubber

It's made out of cheap rubber. Can't send it back quick enough
