Company will not stand behind warranty

We have contacted Sugift several times through Macy's website. The company has given us nothing but runaround. We purchased this ice maker in November 2024 on line. Warranty is not up. Ice maker gives off a terrible noise after about the first round of producing ice. We have sent several videos to the company to try and get them to either give us a new ice maker or our money back. No luck. Finally Sugift stopped responding to our message/emails. Maker is from China. If Macy's will not help us to get our refund, please do not purchase this ice maker. Love Macy's don't like the ice maker.

great added piece to kitchen

it is helpful specially for when you have guests. i just wish it would give you separate ice cubes instead of a sheet of ice
