Do not order from this seller! No response!

I discovered shortly after ordering this would not accommodate the size of my 2 monitors--my fault, I admitted it. I cancelled the order. I tried contacting the seller through Macy's website. I got a message that I would receive a response from the seller within 2 days via email. No response. Tried twice. No response. Very heavy desk was delivered. Now, it's up to me to lug this back to a Macy's store or a UPS store with a herniated disc?? Very poor service for this Platinum Macy's customer or any Macy's customer. Disappointed, Macy's!
