Poor Customer Service!

Missing wheel pieces and one of the tracks is bent (maybe during shipping), anyhow, contacted the seller to replace the 2 missing wheels, never replied. Poor customer service, don't recommend!

poor quality

Top corner of the dresser arrived damaged, I sent a message to the company through Macys website to ask if they can exchange the top instead of me have to return the whole dresser, no response. Poor quality but for the price did not expect too much. Doesn’t even worth the sale price I paid. Assembly is quick but the manual instructions are horrible. When comes to put the brackets for drawers you have to play around to make sure it fits the dresser perfectly otherwise you will have drawers uneven, again the instructions are horrible. The dresser is for little kids, doesn’t fit shirts and all items like pictures showing. Very small drawers. I do not recommend it.

Great Dresser!

This dresser is absolutely beautiful, high-quality, and incredibly sturdy. It was also very easy to assemble. Definitely worth the price I paid for it.
