Missing screws and nuts

Screws are missing so I am unable to put it together. I sent a request if they can send me the missing items and customer service solutions were to ask for pictures of the items I received As of right now the only other thing that I see is that the cushions are not expanded to their original position….. they were squished from the delivery/packagin
