Great Value!

It's only been a few days since my purchase of a 55" QM7K TV but I am extremely satisfied with this TV. Picture brightness and contrast are excellent. Off axis viewing is as good or better than any LED TV I have owned prior. Was a breeze to set up, needed only 15 min. to tweek the picture settings to my liking. Can not comment on the apps or steaming content as I am currently only using it as a basic TV through an HD cable box. No comment on the TV audio either as I am using an external surround system. For the price, I would say this should be considered a best buy.

Do Not Buy this TV, Opt for a Roku version.

I bought this TV 4 weeks ago and would not recommend it to anyone. When streaming programs in any streaming app the program will lock up (play back just stops and the image of what you are watching is frozen on the screen. This happens randomly but mostly after fast-forwarding or when pressing the SKIP function. When I hookup my Roku box and stream the exact apps and programs it never locks up, so it is not my internet or network. Prior to this TV I had a TCL Roku tv that never locked up while playing shows or apps. The only way to recover from the lock up is to watch something else for 30 to 40 minutes, sometimes longer or power cycle the TV. Also, randomly when I turn the TV on in morning or from when it has been off for a while. I get a black screen for 30 to 50 seconds and then the Google Tv slowly fades in. One time the Google Tv never faded in and had to power cycle the TV. This TV is the worst and is unwatchable. I would take it back to the store, but I am past my return date. For now, until I can afford to buy a different brand TV I am watching using my Roku box but then I don't get the 4k upscaling that does work very well on this TV but can't use due the constant program lockups. Do not buy this TV.

SAD

I'm disappointed in this product, I had much higher hopes for it when buying. I bought this to replace my 2023 75" QM8 which had a much better clearer and more consistent picture across different content. This TV has a very inconsistent picture depending on content and after updating and making multiple adjustments, still not as clear as the older QM8.
