IMPOSSIBLE ASSEMBLY

I have years of experience assembling items and this is the absolute worst ever ! None of the holes line up. The screws strip when trying to tighten . Took over 15 hours to assemble only to sit on the chairs and worry they would break. Very frustrating that Macy’s would even carry this on their website. DO NOT BUY THIS!!!

This is a nightmare to assemble. We have plenty of experience assembling furniture from target, ikea, etc and this does not compare. It also smells bad, as in it literally stinks. Even after assembly it doesn’t seem sturdy or like it will be long lasting. We would return this if it didn’t sound like such a hassle from other reviewers. We expected more from Macys and very much do not recommend.

BIG MISTAKE

This was the worst purchase EVER. The screws did not line up with the holes ...could not complete assembly and then had to spend another day disassembling what had been done, pack it up in 4 boxes and take to a UPS store to ship back. Then it took another 3 weeks for them to acknowledge they received it and refund my money!

I was so excited

I bought this product thinking I was getting a good deal, Nope it has taken my whole weekend and I’m still not done!! Nothing lines up.. The holes are leap years apart.. Had me calling on the love of Jesus to make it work Just look past the red sale price, and the fact that Macys put it on its site as if the quality was good and buy something else!! This is not it.. The two Stars is for getting my hopes up

So very dissapointed on this product. So difficult to put together (if you finish) holes and screws do not alignwell making it very challeging. poor, poor quality. Most likely I would have recycle it.
