the best towel there is

I rarely write a review but this towel is what i have been looking for. Very soft abs absorbent. My skin loves the feel of this towel. Highly recommend. This is my second purchase of the same towel.

Third time was NOT a charm!

More like 3 strikes, you’re out!!! I tried as best I could to get the matching wash cloths for the bath towels that I ordered all at the same time. The color is turquoise according to the website. The bath towels that I received were correct. These wash cloths, not so much. I received a tan color as opposed to anything close to turquoise. I used the online chat to process an exchange. The process went smoothly. I received the return label and instructions and received a new shipment…the wash cloths were the same wrong color. This time I contacted customer service and spoke with a human, not AI, and the representative assured me that she would add a note about the color. Next set of towels received…still the SAME wrong color! This time I went into the brick and mortar store to SHOW an associate and request, once again a replacement set was ordered using the internal store ordering system. The package arrived on yesterday and…you guessed it! The 4th incorrect set of washcloths. I don’t know where to go from here. My choices are to be stuck with non-matching towels, return the bath towels for ones that match the wash cloths or just return everything and fugetaboutit! It shouldn’t be this difficult. Do is going to let the vendor know there is a problem, here?

frustrating order

I ordered the cariloa towels in gray. Blush was shipped instead of gray. I returned the blush and reordered the gray, and blush was delivered a second time. It was difficult to return (in the store) because it didnt show I purchased the items that were sent.
