I bought this TV one year ago, and I’m very disappointed with the quality. After just one year, a vertical line appeared on the screen, and it has been getting worse every day—now half of the screen is affected. This is not acceptable for a TV that was supposed to last longer. I expected better quality for the price I paid. I do not recommend buying this TV, and I hope the company stands behind their product and offers a solution.

Needs Optical inputs
No optical port,no Dolby Atmos picture is sharp and Samsung channel section is good. For the money and picture it’s a good buy.

Literal garbage.
We bought this tv 3/26/2024 and today (6/15/2025) it completely just died out of nowhere. We don’t even use the tv daily. As usual, absolute garbage from Samsung.

good but giving out after less than 2 years
Was bought the 50in CU model as a housewarming gift in Aug 2023. I don't have loads of streaming services or cable so really this TV is a YouTube + video game console display machine for my purposes. It likes to update a lot and has frequent popups with the TOS / privacy agreement. Maybe it's a setting somewhere but the TV itself does not fully power off when you hit the button once, it goes into a sleep-like state. Doesn't bother me too much since it's always ready to go, just an observation. Within the past few months though, the bottom left corner of the screen has begun to flash randomly. Sometimes it's subtle, but other times it's truly really annoying. I can't seem to find anything on what this could be or if I can do something about it... I feel like about 2 years is a bit soon for the display to start going out like this? My parents have a much older Samsung smart TV that they have had no display issues with over probably the last 10 years (just the OS slowing down which is to be somewhat expected IMO). Not sure if I have to replace it, I really don't want to since I would consider this a young product and it feels wasteful to have it start failing so soon. Other reviews seem to have problems with this model, so purchase with caution if you really want it.

Horrible product
We’ve had this TV for 13 months and the screen is going out. We called Samsung and they said “sorry it’s out of warranty”

Power plug design poor correction.
The ports are located under the power cord making it difficult to plug in other accessories.
