horrible product way too small

I purchased this earring back it was way too small almost broke my earring trying to get through the hole. Try to return it at Macy’s. The manager said that since I opened the box, I cannot return it. This was a waste of time and money on the item description it didn’t display size of earring or if you open the box you cannot return it it says I can return it before 30 days I will never buy any more jewelry from Macy’s store online, I strongly believe this store is going out of business so don’t buy anything from Macys.

Nice Support

So glad to find some earring backings to help keep my earring in place. I keep losing them because the backings aren't tight to keep the earrings in place especially when I wear my little studs. This really help secure them in. Happy camper!
