Never Delivered

I purchased this sofa on Macy's marketplace. It states free delivery. However, the free delivery is a front-door drop-off. There is no option for in-home delivery of the large sofa. Although my Macy's Purchases show the sofa was delivered, it wasn't. Now the delivery service doesn't respond to my requests. Sugift doesn't respond to my requests. I've contacted Macy's customer service twice and still have not received a refund or any type of resolution. I either need to receive the refund or a sofa in good shape. Previous conversation with the delivery service stated the crate arrived at their warehouse damaged. I was also told my signature was required for delivery, so how does my list of purchases show it was delivered without a signature? The sofa wasn't delivered to my home. I did not sign for the delivery. I'm disappointed in Macy's customer service. They need to back their marketplace and be sure the vendors are not scams.
