Hot & Heavy

These dishes are extremely heavy and when you microwave them- beware that you will most definitely burn your hands trying to touch any part of the dish. Very disappointing but you get what you pay for. I will be replacing these soon. Unfortunately not from Macy’s. This should have been a concern for your consumers.

Nice dishes but..

Dishes are very nice but the first set arrived with a broken bowl. Customer service sent another set but that set arrived with a broken plate. Very satisfied with customer service but a little worried about the longevity of the dishes.

Came with 3 broken bowls. Cheap quality. Not worth it. Do not buy

Unbeatable price

The price is unbeatable for this set. I am very satisfied with the variety of sizes and the design is beautiful. There are a few visible scratches in one or two of the bowls, but personally I won't mind since I am using them for everyday. I am happy with my purchase, thank you Macy's.

Dinnerware set

Plates were broken very disappointing . Called customer service they were excellent & apologetic. This is the first time I had a terrible delivery. Hopefully it will be rectified going forward on the delivery of a fragile item.

Seems to be a study set, however a bowl was broken was i don't know if it can be replaced.
