I loved personality tests

I am now just realizing how personality tests put me in a limiting box. Thank you Dr. Hardy for this timely book. I can re-frame my past. Who knew me hating math is a trauma I need to deal with and has been limiting me.

My Therapist Was Wrong . . . Just As I Suspected.

This book is so timely and the messages are shocking. I went to a therapist once who told my fiancé that because of problems in my past, he should be prepared to deal with strange resurgences of emotion in our future marriage. I was ticked. Yes, those things had happened TO me, but they were NOT me. I didn’t even relate to the girl who had been through those things anymore. I viewed that trauma as a gift to strengthen and bless me. This book validated all my “outlandish” thoughts . . . Especially the last chapter! This book pushes you, heals you, and is a must read often!
