Arrived Damaged

Others said it came damaged, but I decided to take a chance. Well, it came damaged on the 2 top corners of the headboard. It looks like the corners got wet, or crushed or both. Too much of a hassle to return and other than that it is a nice bed that feels sturdy. Really disappointing that a seller would cheap out on packaging for an item of this cost.

My bed arrived damaged

Arrived badly damaged big gouge in the box. Should have known not to even open it. But it was left without a signature. Now we put it together and it's too late to return it lessen learned still want a contact about a discount or refund

Item arrived incomplete

Item arrived with no screws or items to assemble. Additionally it had a strong chemical smell. I called customer assistance, spoke to someone in the Philippians, and was hung up on. This happened twice with different representatives.
