Hole after are wearing only four times!

Only got to wear four times before it got a hole in it. Washed according to instructions, took out of wash and one snap on the shoulder tore off and now has a hole in it. Frustrating for the price. I’d return but tags are off. I have purchased several seraphine items and sizing is always so off and all over the board. I wouldn’t purchase their products again which is too bad since they are cute. Just too expensive for quality. Sweater was heavy which I liked but frustrating there is now a hole where snap should be.
