Great for Pizza Lovers & Aspired Professionals

Falcon isn’t the typical pizza chef we see at Domino’s or Little Ceasar’s, he learned from his father’s outlaw background the spices that can make pizza even more delicious! His mother humbled him to scrub toilets and help her in the kitchen throughout his childhood. Furthermore, Falcon worked in many restaurants through his adolescent and young adult life. He went from working in local establishments to global ones, following his ambition and dream to become a genuine artist in what he loved to do more than anything: Make pizza! Falcon is able to break down pizza in microorganism language terms that most of us will never understand. He experimented with different ovens from the numerous restaurants where he worked, including one that he bought with his in-laws’ money given to him. Falcon shares with readers his struggling of finding himself as a seasoned professional, searching for stable employment, probing hope for a brighter future after suffering two unexpected devastating family losses. This writer was upraised in a more dissimilar household and neighborhood environment where his career path was open to more unalike open doors for opportunity, and more “outside the box” that most of us would consider hazardous. A slice of greatness

Anthony Falco of Roberta's in Brooklyn knows more about pizza than most people. If you've never been to Roberta's, you should consider an outing. The pizza is tremendous along with the other items on the menu. Falco has traveled around the globe and has a great understanding of utilizing a wide variety of ingredients for a pizza. It's a great-looking book and an amazing resource.
